President and Publisher of Dwell to Serve as Advisor
HERMOSA BEACH, CA (December 23, 2008) – The Green Hive announced today that Michela O’Connor Abrams president and publisher of Dwell, has been named to The Green Hive board of advisors. Dwell, a noted design and architecture media brand, has long been know for promoting architecture projects that are sustainable in terms of their ecological footprint and timeless design. Michela has held executive positions at Imagine Media, IDG, Ziff-Davis and McGraw-Hill and holds a B.S. degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo.

Understanding the “Green” Movement and Its Relevance to Our Community
HAWTHORNE, CA (November 12, 2008) – The green hive, advancing the movement toward greener, sustainable design and construction practices, today announced that CEO Kris D. Kimble will address 200 El Camino College staff, faculty and advisory committee members about the “green” movement.
